How to enjoy your monthly discounts: Life Force Energy LLC, will provide you a credit card authorization form to complete, sign and choose the billing date, there are three billing dates you can choose from, the 5th, 15th, and 25th. With your signed credit card authorization form we will then bill you on the date of your choice through the PayPal system. There is a 4 month commitment required to give your energetic field an opportunity to balance and clear negative blockages. After 4 months, you may keep your membership ongoing for overall energetic maintenance. I will keep record of session credits and if it is used for yourself or a family member. The form must be completed in order to enjoy the benefits. When billed & payment doesn't go through you will receive another PayPal invoice with decline of payment and request for new credit information. What happens when the monthly invoice isn't paid? The regular rate of said service will default, then defer back to non member rates, and all membership benefits will be cancelled.
Also, never lose an unused session. Use it or gift it, your choice to spread the Love, Light & Healing. You may roll over your monthly credits to save for another Reiki session such as an Elite Dual or Cosmic Journey service. Want to gift a credit for a service for a family member or friend? No problem, please call or email to give us the name, service and address for a gift certificate. If you want to skip the certificate, call us and we will take care of the details. Cancellation: Email lifeforceenrgy7@gmail.com a month prior to being billed again, requesting to cancel your monthly Membership. You'll receive a confirmation email of your cancellation.
