How to use:

• Inhalation, place a drop or two in your palm, rub hands together, cup over your nose and breathe in (do not use this method if you have asthma or a like condition) or breathe in the scent from the bottle.

Place hands on or near Chakra center of the body, with the chakra area dressed with the roller formulation.
